BATS Raffles

At every production we sell raffle tickets, all proceeds from which go to local and other good causes. This page lists recent donations that the unfailing generosity of our audiences has allowed us to make.

Although raffle prizes are occasionally donations, our practice in recent years has been to spend around Ł50 of Society money on prizes per raffle (taking advantage of offers like "buy 2, get 3" etc).

We would like to say a huge thank-you to everyone who has bought tickets over the years.

2008

Ł326 to the Sketty & Killay Medical Centre (Holiday Snap raffle, in memory of BATS patron Eilian James, who received exceptional care and comfort from the Centre's District Nurses during the latter stages of his life)
